Recipe Competition rules

This campaign is not sponsored, administered, or associated with Meta or any other 3r party platform. This campaign is organized by Oddlygood Ltd (“Oddlygood”).  

You can participate in the campaign as follows: post your recipe (in English) on your Instagram account, mention Oddlygood on your post, and tag Oddlygood on the post by 27.9.2024 at 8.00pm CET.  Your recipe must include: Oddlygood® Easy Whipping product and be suitable for at least 6 persons. Oddlygood will choose 3 winners. The winners will be contacted personally by Oddlygood by 30.9.2024 and announced on Oddlygood’s Instagram account no later than on 1.10.2024. Only legal European citizens over the age of 18 can enter this campaign. Employees of Oddlygood or any of its Affiliates are not entitled to participate in the campaign. 
 
The prize consists of SMEG Blender (value approx. 200 euros) and mix of Oddlygood® products. The prize can´t be exchanged for other compensations or products, nor assigned to another person. The winners are solely responsible for paying the taxes for the prize according to applicable legislation. 

The participants hereby grant to Oddlygood (i) a right to publish the material created by the participants in any Oddlygood owned channels (including but not limited to Oddlygood’s TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and Linked channels), as well as Oddlygood website)  (ii) to use the material in Oddlygood marketing, such as Oddlygood® food service recipe leaflet,  in perpetuity and irrespective of the media or territory, and (iii) to amend the material, if deemed necessary by Oddlygood. Oddlygood is also entitled to use the winners’ names and pictures in connection with the campaign. Oddlygood is not liable for the material created or published by the participants.  

By participating in the campaign, the participants assure that the material they create is not offensive or inappropriate, that they have all necessary rights to the material and its distribution and that the material does not infringe any 3rd party intellectual property, or other, rights. 

If a participant has given Oddlygood false or insufficient contact or other information, or if Oddlygood is not able to deliver to the participant information on their win or the prize with efforts and costs that Oddlygood considers reasonable, Oddlygood is not obligated to deliver the prize. Moreover, Oddlygood may refuse to deliver the prize if the participant is not eligible to participate in the campaign under these rules or due to other similar reason. In such cases, Oddlygood may, but is not obligated to, choose another winner. 
 
Oddlygood is not liable for any damages, including fees, caused or claimed to have been caused, either directly or indirectly, by the participation in the campaign or by accepting or using the prize. Oddlygood is not liable for any problems or hinders in participating in the campaign or receiving the prize that are due to technical, logistical or any other similar reason. 

Oddlygood has the right to amend these rules with immediate effect without any notifications. Oddlygood also has the right to cancel or change the campaign if it considers it necessary. These rules and any decision Oddlygood have taken based on these rules are binding on all participants. Any possible dispute, controversy or claim relating to the application or interpretation of these rules will be finally and unilaterally decided by Oddlygood.
